Carol May has more than 20 years of experience in escrow functions within the title insurance and mortgage industries.   Since the beginning of her career, Carol has dedicated herself to building trust and relationships through her accountability and strong organizational skills.  A sharp knowledge of technical escrow functions on resale, REO, short sale,commercial, subdivision, refinance, and reverse mortgage transactions, along with the ability to keep flexible hours for accessibility, make her work ethic truly exceptional.  

Carol, who completed Residential Appraisal and Real Estate Principles courses, also holds advanced certifications in Excel, Access, and other Microsoft programs.  She doesn’t mind being known around the office as the “Excel Spreadsheet Guru”.  Prior to earning her designation of Escrow Officer, Carol benefited foremost working alongside her mentor and respected friend, Escrow Officer Donna Antrim, a 45-year veteran in the title and escrow industries.  Prior to this, Carol spent almost a decade employed by the Central Valley’s leading construction lender and ultimately managed the institute’s Construction Disbursement Department.  During her time there, Carol worked closely with the company’s legal council, applied knowledge of civil code, coordinating proper handling of mechanics liens and stop notices, and supervising staff members throughout all phases of the unit’s operation commanding excellence in customer service. 

Carol’s future plans in the escrow profession center around her goal and commitment to blend the creative mind with the open mind, continuing to explore and master new technologies, ultimately increasing productivity in day-to-day escrow functions.
