Cathie Orr has more than 15 years of experience in escrow functions within the title insurance industry.   Since the beginning of her career, Cathie has dedicated herself to building trust and relationships through her accountability and strong organizational skills.  A sharp knowledge of technical escrow functions on residential resale and refinance transactions, along with a working knowledge of REO, Short Sale, Bankruptcy and Farm Land  transactions and her ability to keep flexible hours for accessibility, makes her work ethic truly exceptional.  Through every level of technology, she communicates with brokers, realtors, buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, funders, and vendors, striving to share knowledge effectively, and without frustration. Cathie, believes that continued education is the key to success.  She has attended escrow and real estate classes at her local junior college along with attending any Chicago Title training courses that are offered.    Prior to earning her designation of Escrow Officer, Cathie was an accountant for a local diesel repair shop.  She attended and graduated from college with a business degree with an emphasis in accounting. Cathie’s future plans in the escrow profession focus around her goal and commitment to offer the best customer service in the industry.  She will continue to explore and master new technologies, ultimately increasing productivity in day-to-day escrow functions.
